Thank you for your interest in becoming a gestational surrogate with AESC. Please review the surrogacy requirements below. Surrogate mother applications are accepted based on the following criteria:

Age between 21-39 years old

Be a U.S. citizen

Be a non-smoker in excellent health

Be within a healthy height and weight ratio

Have a healthy reproductive history

have given birth to at least one child that you are raising

Surrogate and partner must agree to psychological testing

Stable, responsible lifestyle
